This post defines the roles and responsibilities used in WorshipTrac.
- Video / Overhead Production: Create the overheads in OpenLP to be used in the worship service
- Video / Overhead Presentation: Run the overheads, ensure the wireless remote is located and charged and given to the pastor at the beginning of the song service, start the PowerPoint at the end of the song service
- Sound: turn on all equipment except the video computer, record the sermon, run the sound board, and mic up the pastor
- Piano Backup / Video Presentation Backup / Sound Backup: prepare ahead of time and be ready to step in in case the primary piano/video/sound person can’t be present. You likely won’t have to do anything, but you’re ready just in case.
